Genes do matter in facial growth etc same with bonemass. Except bonemass can be improved to a much greater extent compared to forward growth

I don’t get people who say it doesn’t work. When I did it some months ago all I had to do was punch my chin decently hard for 30 seconds and it already looked much bigger and my cheekbones took even less time and they looked ridiculously big. I bet that some of this swelling in the long run would become more permanent or maybe turn into bone mass. It’s like makeup for men.
