Are you skinny, im quite muscular and was born slightly heaviee than average at 3.8kg maybe its about muscle massI was born at 3kg, 400gm lower than avg and now I am 189 frauding to 193
Are you muscular are your bones densethis could make sense but I was an extremely heavy baby (almost 10 pounds) and am only 6 feet barefoot so idk
I was never above 15% bf after 6yoAre you skinny, im quite muscular and was born slightly heaviee than average at 3.8kg maybe its about muscle mass
no i was super skinny as a kid and am just now starting to bulk upAre you muscular are your bones dense
What about muscle and bonemass are your bones thick or add muscle mass easy?I was never above 15% bf after 6yo
if u eat sugar without fat u wont gain much bfPrenatal nutrition/factors do play a role in height. Unfortunately i kinda knew i was going to be a manlet/skinny early on because i was rail thin all my life, no matter how much i ate i would remain slim. I would eat goyslop and sugar by the ton in my teenage and early 20s and still never gained weight.
Maybe it was because your body required a lot of energy to grow taller and get more muscular but u just werent feeding it enough? And thats why u werent as above average in weight in ur teens as u were as a babyno i was super skinny as a kid and am just now starting to bulk up
Nah my wrist is small and i have been going to the gym for 2 yrs now still at a beginner levelWhat about muscle and bonemass are your bones thick or add muscle mass easy?
yeah im a ghrelincelMaybe it was because your body required a lot of energy to grow taller and get more muscular but u just werent feeding it enough? And thats why u werent as above average in weight in ur teens as u were as a baby
i dunno man, i used to eat so much goyslop and sugar non-stop, i just wouldn't gain weight which was a good thing because i would have ended up obese like others who ate the same food but kept gaining weight. I only really started gaining al ittle weight in my mid 20s, now at 29 a decade of shit lifestyle i am not even obese, in a few months of dieting/training i could lose the few extra pounds i have. I suspect this is because my frame is knida shitty and can't hold onto al ot of mass/weight anyways. I don't overeat that much, i'm just a sugar addict.if u eat sugar without fat u wont gain much bf
being slim no matter what would mean ur body requires much energy for buildinf muscle/bone though wouldnt it? But then again growing makes u hungry so ig u ate as much as you couldPrenatal nutrition/factors do play a role in height.
