So ive been taking 9mg of boron every day monday- friday not on the weekends... idk if it works

ive gotten more acne on the face a bit and especially on my body (back chest and arms) and tbh ive been hella horny lateley but i try to keep myself from gooning... jfl
(i try to do max 2 times a week)
 
if you got more acne and you haven't been a nasty nigga lately, then it could be higher testosterone. And yeah boron does work given that you're not getting enough through your diet, but I'd argue that's not too complicated, I personally choose not to supplement it because I have certainty I'm getting enough through the foods I consume, but if you don't track your micronutrient intake, supplementing is great just in case

ive been using the skincare my demotologist gave me mroe often even bcs now have time to do it 2x a day back when my skin was clearer pre boron i sometimes had to skip it in the morning. and 9mg of boron is hard to consume right? u would have to eat about about 4 avocados a day jfl

yeah 9mg of boron is hard to consume, but getting the RDA (well not really, there's no established RDA in a medical sense cuz science doesn't know how much boron you actually needs, but you get my point) isn't complicated, I'm getting around 5mg of boron per day, which is around the supposed daily intake of 3-6mg, going above that may have some benefits according to some niche studies but the results are questionable in my opinion.

My testosterone is already above average, so I'm personally fine w not supplementing boron, again nothing wrong if you feel like you do. If we assume the scientific literature available so far (which again, is very mixed) to be correct then the ideal intake is 10mg/day for max testosterone effects.

i wanna get my test checked put im to normal to do a self study on boron jfl im not rich to spend money like that ill go off boron in like 1 week and maybe ill feel a difference and pls rep my post
 
what kind of boron are you taking? cuz there are like: Citrate, Aspartate, Glycinate, i think.
im thinking of getting on boron (I was on it but that was a quite a long time ago), and I dont know if any form of boron is better.
