1. what bodyfat % is ideal?
ideal is 12% for men and 18% for women
do a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure your bf%, make sure you are hydrated but not bloated before and ground afterwards (naked feet on grass)
2. which drugs to take?
all eod, all after waking up and before going to sleep
hgh fragment 176-191 - 1mg
ipamorelin - 200mcg
anavar - 5mg
winstrol - 5mg
clenbuterol - 10mcg, cut a tablet in half w a knife
yohimbine hcl - 20mg this one take only after waking up
cardarine - standard dose
3. what lifestyle changes to do?
exercise before and after eating
exercise with high reps 100+ everyday
eat two times a day, no more no less
eat at roughly 10:00 & 17:00
eat high animal unprocessed saturated fatty acids
eat no starch at all

stop eating garbage
stop sitting on your ass all day
