Botox + aqualyx vs accutane?

I used to take Accutane at 80mg, and I noticed was that it made my nose look a lot smaller, which I really liked.

The downside was the side effects. My lips are already on the big, but on that dose they became huge, really sore, dry and cracked. A few people actually asked if I had lip filler, that’s how bad it got. It also affected my liver at that dosage, so running it long term isn’t really an option.

I’ve been thinking about alternatives and came across nose Botox and Aqualyx (seen a few TikToks and forum threads mentioning both). I’m wondering if combining something like that with a low-dose Accutane (around 5mg long term) could give a similar effect to what I got at my peak dose.

Has anyone tried something like this or had experience with nose Botox/Aqualyx for reducing nose size? Would really appreciate any insight.

Extremely when making facial expressions and a good amount when not - it’s really great for the flare u get when smiling
