Bottom front teeth pain from mewing.

I'm not clenching. I'm not doing light contact, only "near bite".

Some people are saying pain indicates I'm doing it wrong. Some say it's normal in the beginning. I have mewed for 1 day so far.

i think ur problem is you having too much roudned skull and rounded features
looking at ur face, u kinda look like a Pac Man character.
