Bought gnc creatine, how beneficial is it and how long will it take to see results

I think I have auto immune disease esp after having licenoid reaction back in June this year and giga stress
Plus I can't sleep at night
It's very difficult for my body to repair itself
I have acne breakouts, I feel like my body is eating my own protein


Will this help and how long will it take to see results
I drank this today, not much difference tbh
