so if i use hgh and eat proper nutrition sleep well n skincare is puberty maxxing as well as thumb pulling cs it can have sum effect since im 14 n bone smashing n mewing n nose breathing?? n working out

an excessive caloric deficit, yes. a minor one? absolutely not. reta also improves nutrient partitioning so well he'd be getting more out of his meals too

only issue is the appetite suppression. if ur not gonna track ur food then dont do it
