I have high fight IQ and I love mma but regardless of skill the pure domination the man felt would make me rope if I were in his shoes.

Not in todays age where most male kids dont exercise, waste time playing gay shit video games like firtnite 24-7, eat unhealthy etc.

A foid that has fighting experience could destroy 95+ % of all boys using the same takedown strategy.

if anything its a very educational vid that shows that techique trumps size/weight to a certain degree. And that if anyone tries to take you down in a fight, you should instantly react to avoid it.

Elbow/fist hits to the head or back, if your balance allows it, find the right moment to hit with the knee to the head with the other leg, but it has to land and be impactful, because if not, youll go down to the ground after that.
