im in a fucking mental asylum and it stressing me out a lot the first thing i hear when i woke up is some old mentally insane granny screaming like a zombie it shoots me Cortisol to crazy Levels
i been working out hard etc in and off gym homeworkouts my wheight never goes above 72kg anymore im tired of this shit
my t is 563ng or smth even tho my stress and sleep is all fucked up
if im not out gere in 2 months im going back to trt
atleast my cortisol is gonna be way way lower on t cuz it supresses it the higher your t is
and im gonna easily hit 80kg again and mog effortless without destroying my body and waisting time
feel like all my efforts and supplements and stuff is going to waiste like running against a wall and i dont deserve this
