Yes they even showed a study of mice who where given fish that were fed a toxic diet and you can see the abdominal obesity, between the controlled group and the ones fed toxic fish.

In my opinion toxins including plastics disrupt your natural hormonal balance causing these issues , your body also needs a place to store it if it can't be removed easily so fat cells are created to store it.

Pretty much. Estrogen is a fat storage hormone like insulin, but it's even worse since its everywhere and way harder to avoid. You can at least avoid McDonald's, Pop tarts, Oreos that are filled with estrogen tons of unnatural sugar, and God knows what processes garbage is there. But bpa is everywhere. However I think another cause is constant misinformation.

All of the 5x5 emperors and the fitness industry as a whole in fact. Mark "cardio makes you fat, but 4k to 6k calorie diets are good for you" Rippetoe. In fact on scooby werkstatt's old and long gone forum, people argued 5x5 was the elixer for steroid like results. They did until the photos of Zach Evetts got revealed to the public. That is when Rippetoe lost his cult following. 3k to 6k calories would make anyone fat as he'll regardless of the source. The main deception is that bulking aka force feeding yourself to bigger muscles

Zach Evetts ate a diet of 4->6k calories and got fat as hell.

The logical question is what made frank yang and cbum succeed while Zach failed. The bitter truth is when your natural, high calorie diets give you zach's results. You can't make your muscles bigger by eating more. More bricks doesn't equal a larger structure unless the architecture hasn't planned for it. But this isn't true for steroid users. Because steroids elevate muscle protein synthesis immensely, in their case more food does equal more growth, but only for them.

The problem with Jason Blaha is that while he can sometimes give very valuable advice, a lot of it is just PAINFULLY obvious and common sense. Who wouldnt have thought that weight training develops more strength and mass than calisthenics? Why hasn't the NFL hired him as a coach? I mean you don't have to look like mr Olympia to give training advice. But the out of shape nfl and boxing coaches don't coach themselves, they coach the fighters and players. Blaha IS coaching himself and he got nowhere.

The fitness industry is filled with misinformation it's how they make their money keeping people in a labyrinth moving from one fad to another.More out of shape people means more customers.

Its also keeps competition down. A six pack would be worth nothing if everyone had one.

Put it this way gorillas don't eat any meat (protein) are are muscular and literally have the strength of 10 men. Hormone management is extremely important and it's funny how so many things are put in the environment to disrupt this.

You can this with aborigines who take on a modern lifestyle
