bpc-157 for athlete

Is there anything that I should know before pinning BPC-157 in my shoulder(rotator cuff)?
I'm going to be a collegiate athlete next year, and there is a high likelihood I randomly get drug tested.
Additionally, I do a lot of throwing in my sport, is there any detrimental side effects I might not know about?
