05:00- wake up/make med
05:10- drink full glass of tap water
05:20- training, 6x25 on every workout
06:30- take shower
06:35- skin care
06:40- ice on face
07:00- get dressed
07:10- eat healthy breakfast such as white bread with peanut butter and take ashwaganda together with soylent
07:40- mew
08:00- mew again
08:30- go to school
 
that will work but not much
 
dont forget 10 minutes of masai jumps and thumbpulling
