Braces fix jaw?

I’ve had braces for a bit but I’ve started using bands will this fix my uneven jaw or am I fried?
Do I need surgery?

depends on the class bite.

Generally any class elastics camouflaged a skeletal issue by just fixing the bite. So now you need to get orthodontics to undo it for jaw surgery Jfl.

Which class bite? It helps with downward growth if you have bite blocks, etc, but why would you go assymetrical from bands haha
