Braces or invisalign better for root absorption?

Can't google shit, people doing scientific studies can't account for selection bias (more severe cases get braces, poorer people get braces, people miss visits when doing braces, overbooked jew orthodontists destroy roots when on braces).

I want to save my already reabsorbed roots. Which should I choose?

Im not gonna get braces because my roots are probably shit already, gonna try to cope with soft maxxes, hopefully i fix my overbite that way too
