My decompensation braces are going well and I am developing a terrible overjet JFL. Gotta get worse to get better.

If I had braces when I was younger then the jaw bones would still have been malleable and with the right appliances could even have been pulled forward and encouraged into the proper positions.

But equally likely, a blue pilled shit ortho would have camouflaged me, doing extractions on the maxilla to move the teeth back to match my shit mandible. Class 1 occlusion sure but also birdcel.

Braces are highly impactful and are not a casual decision, you wouldn’t have a bimax casually while trusting the surgeon blindly so why would you do it with braces?
