Currently studymaxxing like a slave for exams in January . Trying to do 7 hr a day so far today only did 3.5hrs , but internally feel dead and groggy feel like ending it . How do I remove the mental tiredness?

more glucose, dont use any stimualts and drink a lot of water

Armodafinil, 75mg a day. There are additional ways to optimize its effect but I won't waste time laying them down unless you choose to go down that path.

Some sweet coffee, fruits, and novelty can help.

Good for me I ain't a rat, I do water fasting and eat 1500 calories max to maintain ketosis

Yeah 2 weeks may not be enough to get it from India.

In that case your best bet is Vitamin B complex maxxxing, caffeinemaxxing tbh. Try not to have too much gluten and non-raw dairy either, I found great help with my cognitive capabilities after I ditched them.

study style is currently doing exam questions right now cuz at the end of the day exams are just measure of your test taking ability not intelligence nor actual knowledge. However , towards the end of the study session I just get engulfed in depression and tiredness by the thought of being a cuck to the system and my future wage potentially being decided by 7 pages JFL and all the work I am doing potentially not 100 percent yielding guaranteed results.

But yh I need mental energy tho on tha real just feel tired asf and groggy
