You don't have to agree with them, they are just good level to start at if you want high sentience and high IQ. Because you will have to look up stuff, watch interviews and be sent to other books by other philosophers in order to go back and understand nick land

Give advice

1) read about actual science (not fucking pop science) start with textbooks or introductory books and work your way up to research papers/actual field books this will help you develop critical thinking and lateral thinking
2) read literature/novels for creativity and to diversify your readings
3) use other medias like videos, podcast (i don't personally like it that much but its valid) related to what you're interested in
4) work on practical projects involving what you are doing
5) pick up interesting hobbies apart from helping you brainmaxxing they are themselves a halo
6) try philosophy if it's your thing but don't go in and randomly pick a pop-philosophy author like some retards suggest and take everything he says as the absolute truth, i would suggest starting with some greek philosophy such as plato, Democritus or Zeno (maybe even some latin ones like Seneca) since they are the foundation of western philosophy, then you are free to either explore the Enlightenment period (Rousseau, Descartes, Kant...) or the mid-late German period which is what the modern philosophy is based on, like Schopenhauer, Hegel, Kierkegaard... for the 20th century just pick what you like (Also consider Eastern and middle-east authors)
