Your looks will always be the most important thing when it comes to ascending, but if you care about your grades, career and future, you should also focus on brainmaxxing.

Im currently doing my MSc in Economics in Germany. Since I started experimenting with a few compounds mainly for concentration, productivity and long study / work sessions, I would say Im very happy with the results. I now mostly write A’s or B’s (10–15 out of 15). During my bachelor’s and in school, I was always a bad student. My best grade was maybe a C.

Current stack

Noopept
Mainly for cognition and memory. For me it makes thinking feel sharper and helps information stick better when I’m studying. It’s also associated with increased BDNF and NGF expression, which may support synaptic plasticity and long-term memory formation. For me it helps information stick better when I study. Its for me the most important Nooptropika I use.


Fasoracetam
This one smooths things out mentally. Less brain fog and less mental “noise”. Feels like it stabilizes focus a bit. If you dont have ADHD, you might not need it. Also there are better things to use for focus.


Semax
One of the most noticeable compounds for me. It improves focus and mental endurance. Similar to Noopept, it is also associated with increased BDNF expression, which may support learning and memory formation. For me it helps information stick better and reduces mental fatigue during long study sessions.


Selank
Mostly for anxiety control. Helps keep the mind calm so focus doesn’t get derailed by stress or overthinking. Its also good, if you use too much of 3-FPO, Adderall or Methylphenidate.


CDP-Choline
Basically cholinergic support. Works well with racetams and generally improves mental energy and clarity for me.


L-Theanine
Keeps everything smoother. Less restless feeling and helps maintain calm focus.


3-FPO (as a methylphenidate alternative)
This is mainly what gives the stack the “push”. Motivation and task focus are noticeably stronger. For me also very important, if you have ADHD or problems with learning for hours.


The idea behind the stack is basically:

- neuroplasticity / cognitive support (Noopept + Semax)
- attention modulation (Fasoracetam)
- anxiety control (Selank + Theanine)
- cholinergic support (CDP-Choline)
- stimulation / motivation (3-FPO)

For me the result is a focused but relatively calm state, not just pure stimulation.

Main things I notice:

- longer focus sessions
- less mental fatigue
- better information retention when studying
- smoother concentration compared to classic stimulants

Overall: More effiency if you have not so much time (or motivation) for learning, but also want to achieve good grades.

Dosage and timing:
L-Theanine: 200mg 60 min. before learning, one hour before sleep: 400mg again
CDP-Choline: 200mg 45 min. before learning, after 3 hours again (if you want to learn for 8+ hours)
Noopept: 10mg 15-30 min. before learning, every 2-3 hours
Fasoracetam: 10mg 30 min. before learning, after 4 hours again
Semax: 300mcg 15 min. before learning, after 5 hours again (if you want to learn for 8+ hours)
Selank: 500mcg 15 min. before learning, after 5 hours again (if you want to learn for 8+ hours)
3-FPO: 20-30mg, 15 min. before learning, every 3 hours. Take care of your sleep. Last dose should be at least 4-5 hours before sleeping. You can snort it or mix it with water.

Bonus tipps: Less Noopept is better, than starting with 30mg+. Put your phone away, its easy to lose yourself on tiktok. If you get horny, just masturbate. Otherwise it will distract you for hours.

There are a lot more methods, but after years of trying, these work the best for me.

Would you say building a tolerance with this stack is pretty easy and if im starting off should i take all just smaller doses or should i look into smth else

That’s a good question. It depends on your study days. When I studied 7 days in a row, I took a bit more. So each week you can gradually stack it up.
 
Using yourself as a test subject for a single understudied compound to gain an advantage over others should be manageable. But 6 at once?
I've seen many people doing this, and i will never be able to think this is a smart decision.

Maybe all those intelligence boosting peptides will make you realise what you're doing is retarded?

I see it differently. Im investing time in studying because I need good grades for a good career. Its only a few weeks of learning, but it can have an impact on my whole life. For this impact, Im going to do everything, which can help me

Which is a respectable outlook. All power to you.

My apprehension is mainly due to limited knowledge on the effects of these peptides. I dont know what they do.
Furthermore i wouldn't dare combine multiple. It is so obviously possible to achieve (an) unwanted side-effect(s), that it, in my opinion isn't worth the gamble.
