Saturo and whey protein are faster, cheaper, and easier to consume.
whey ok but this is horrible tbh

INGREDIENTS: Saturo Original: Water, Maltodextrin, Soy Protein Isolate, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Isomaltulose, Canola Oil, Vitamin & Mineral Mix, Rice Starch, Oat Fiber, Isomaltooligosaccharide, Soy Lecithin, Gellan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Salt, Natural Flavouring

pufas and soy (yes, yes ik what you will say about soy)
That sounds like an unscientific take. Saturo is made based on dietary guidelines.

Going to take some Saturo now actually.

dietary guidelines are you trolling me? whatever I'm just saying what I think, you should look into this yourself ofc

but those oils, sunflower and rapeseed (it's in the name) are poison

No, I'm not trolling, just providing some dietary advice to you.

No thank you, I will not "look into it", I will enjoy my high-quality, well-optimized, cheap, and convenient breakfast.

With coffee of course. I like oat milk too.
