Champions breakfast:
-4 egg omlete with 3 slices of cheese, salt and pepper.
-2 pieces of bread or toast with peanut butter or jelly or both.
-Mass gainer shake with 1 banana, oats, protein powder, almonds, honey, strawberries and peanut butter, can also add cookies or whatever for more calories in exchange of more sugar.

I'm currently very skinny (72 kg) and want to get to 85 kg asap so I just eat everything I see

For breakfast, I usually eat:
-8 eggs, sometimes with onions, mushrooms, and pepper, also sometimes bacon
-oats 100g with milk
-1 banana
-Black Coffee(I don't add milk or sugar because it destroys the taste of coffee for me)

Holy shit 8 eggs, nice bulking breakfast. Im also at 72kg but 6ft, wanna get to 78 maybe and then try a cut. Currently taking protein powder and just started Creatine a week ago, seems like its the best "natural" shit so i hope to see gains with it.

Yeah we have very similar stats basically the same height and weight
I'm 10% bf right now and very defined but I just wanna bulk because I can't progress on the bench press anymore
I'm also taking creatine and I will start taking SARMs when I turn 21 (I'm 18 now)

I'll lift hard like im doing right now until 21, if i dont look good i'll look into SARMs, but i have really good chest and back genetics, so we'll see. Im at like 13% bf
