and i play tennis every day for an hour or more (i play competitive so good at the sport)

but i just eat too much.

and i only seem to lose on no carb, past few days have been one meal a day and there was breaded pork, potatoes etc, 1500 cals, i didn’t lose shit. no carb works best for me, eat less and be more full and more nutrients and 0 bloat.

Not many at all. I worked from home and it was during covid so I stayed in. Did no cardio ever

I mean you're like 17 kid years old right? At that I don't feel that you should have to worry. If it's just a mini cut that's fine I guess, although you're less likely to keep the progress compared to making incremental lifestyle changes that's healthy in the long-term.

i’m in uni, yeah i’m not doing this any longer than 4 weeks, ideally 3 if i keep activity up and reach my goal.

since in uni, i have made lifestyle changes. my steps for one have been consistently above 10k, most of the time above 15k. even being back at home for a few days i noticed my activity decreasing which is why im making a constant effort to get steps in and walk to keep hitting my goal of at least 15k a day. i also began consistent gym, before id go and piss about and not take nutrition and training seriously. now i do 5x a week (it used to to 7x but that isn’t sustainable and rest is needed). i do push pull twice a week and legs once a week (i also used to completely skip legs since i started gym, so thats an improvement imo), and nutrition wise has improved, i tried many diets recommended by many, i have felt best and looked best on low/no carbs and it’s highly nutritious so thats what ill stick to. these low cals are only temporary once i reverse fat gain from other diets i tried, from there ill cruise at maintenance. and for this duration, if i train hard to maintain gains, muscle loss shoudlnt happen (i listened to TNF on yt on agressive minicuts being ideal, although harder, its quicker and can return to normal faster) since as a non experienced lifter i should still make good gains.

i also tried adding a few mins cardio after a gym sesh for cardio vascular health, but tbh i cba and after 15k steps and a hard gym sesh where my vision is blury as shit after cos of training to faluire, i find it hard

once your there its not hard to maintain.
im not denying 3k and 13% cos if ur active its very possible, but ur probs not legit 13

nah its legit 13, just go on some walks or shit and you wont have to torture yourself with eating 1,2k. i've ate 2k kcals ona cut and was 9% just dont eat much carbs and be somewaht active

yeah carbs fuck up my fatloss tbh which is why i do no/low carbs, esp when cutting

im only doinf 1.2-1.5k to get leaning out over with quickly (along w gym to not lose muscle/too much muscle) so i can get to eating at maintence quicker

very based doing ribeye and eggs, ideally eat it raw if you are 100% sure that it is 100% grass fed/finished including the eggs as that is more ideal for nutrient absorption. (Note dont eat it raw if it is grain finished, grain fed its entire life or not organic pasteur raised)

are you currently doing one meal a day? i think im gonna switch to it since its better for leanmax, gonna start doing the meal in thr evening, although i had it today in the morning.

In my opinion it is not good to do OMAD long term, its better for 1 week max to flush out your digestive track, repair and heal your body on a cellular level, but long term 2-3 meals is best as nature designed you to eat when your hungry, simple rule is eat when your hungry and stop until your satiated anytime.

thing is i still manage to over eat and i gain fat, maybe cos i don’t know what saturated feels like on carnivore. i think it’s when it stop tasting good

Its simple; when you eat and you feel satiated as in satisfied and no longer need to eat more like around 60-80% full, stop eating because it means you are done. Its easy to tell because it will start to taste boring/bland and hard to swallow due to how satiated you are.

ops on cheese for calcium? or just meat and eggs is better. should i add cheese to stop leanmax?

and i also established why i gotta track to lose instead of eating intuitively. it’s cos ill eat however much i put on the plate instead of when i feel like its not going down as easy, or not tasting as good. if i stop as soon as i feel it doesn’t taste as good id be able to lose fat without tracking i think.

You get enough calcium from organs, raw meat, and bone broth/bone marrow.
