its not that easy you numbskull do yourself a favor and leave it at that. you realize the surgeries ONLY reconstruct it for it to be as is and its not COSMETIC. if ur broke just say that and literally save urself from breaking ur otherwise only saving grace !!! fucking dumbass + WHAT EVEN IS YOUR THOUGHT PROCESS BEHIND THIS!!! ok you broke ur nose... now what.. other than missing parts of ur nasal bridge and tiny shreds of bones missing and nasal openings asymmetry... do yourself a favor and remove your genome from the genetic pool and break ur dick instead.

Ik it's a joke and you should obv not do it, but just to add some context i had my nose broken multiple times (the actual nasal bone, not just cartilage).
And from my experience, it didn't change at all in shape after healing.
