I've never broken out once in my life most i've had was a pimple or two but now its getting more noticable i have many red spots around my temple area and a couple pimples around my face, could weight loss be causing this? maybe my t levels are starting to rise since im taking 10,000 IU's vit d3 daily aswell as going out in the sun om top losing weight or something? ive started a very basic skin care routine consisting of washing face, applying facial soap, and applying moisturizer hopefully this can help as it used to help with my flaky skin

Your E is too low. Normal since in men E is produced by fat tissue.

Change saturated / unsaturated fat ratio (more saturated). Unsaturated fat blocks conversion to E, saturated fat blocks conversion to DHT.

Also, this is a prelude to norwooding. Jump on topilutamide / eucapil ASAP and don't say I didn't warn you.

Also looking at the symptoms you may be right about low E but I have plenty of fat to go around still lol

My norwooding started exactly as you described here, from pimples on temple area. Sadly, I thought this is some kind of infection and I tried to cure it with zinc paste (this forum didn't exist back then).

On a positive side, you still have 2-3 years before it hits.

Toxins are stored in fat.
You loosing your fat means your body has to get rid of the toxins it contained, and the skin is one way to do it

also forgot to mention im on keto which I heard increases general acne so maybe it could be the reason?

I used to have dandruff and I cured it with Nizoral. It may have helped a bit, since Nizoral is a weak androgen blocker. Strong enough to be used in vet, but too weak to stop norwooding for good, still strong enough to slow it down.

I don't have dandruff anymore, maybe because of hormonal changes (I'm oldcel).

Jump on Eucapil / topilutamide. It stopped my norwooding even while I was roiding, and unlike fin it doesn't castrate you.

why is no autist here mentioning this hairloss drug? I never heard of eucapil, do you take fin aswell?

No, there's no point taking both.

This forum once decided that we all must take fin which is retarded imo since there are 100s better alternatives.
