Breakout from lymphatic drainage

Ive been doing lymphatic drainage for 2 weeks now, but around week 1 i suddenly got a bunch of small, non painful, pimples all over my face. I sanitize my gua sha and my face very well before every session. Do i keep doing it until the purge stops, or should i just stop completly because this is cope.

if u have noticed results then dont stop and try to fix the pimples, if not then stop
