Breathing through mouth when sleeping and falling asleep

Title. 99% of the day i mew and breathe through nose, but my septum inside is pretty curved so i simply have breathing problems when trying to fall asleep with breathing only by nose. Is this destroying my effort of mewing?

Mew long enough and you'll be able to sleep and mew. It's all right if you don't mew in your sleep anyways.

it def helps to speed up the effects tho. but yeah as long as u r doing it in the day you should be fine

yeah same I've always slept with my mouth open. Its certainly something I should work on preventing
