IMO it is Christianity because most Islamic countries are still third world, whereas all majority Christian nations are high trust societies with functioning infrastructure and beautiful buildings.

if you zoom out, pretty much all civilizations rise and fall. islamic civ had its golden age and was in some areas up to 1,000 years ahead of western civ. then it collapsed and western civ rose to such a degree that people started to think they were genetically superior. we're now watching the collapse of western civ in slow motion and it will be very sobering.
