ive taken it like 6 times throughout the last few months with doses ranging from 1-4 mg and literally never felt any appetite suppression. had some friends test it out from the same vial and it worked on them at 1mg. im already pretty lean so idk if that has something to do with it

Take more, doses are genetic dependent some people can't eat on 2mg and some people need 15mg

also 6 times in a few months doesn't sound like consistent dosing drugs need 4 - 5 half lives to fully saturate which means 30 days of consistent E6D dosing
