Before I broke the fast my sense of smell was the strongest it’s ever been. The smell of food when walking on the street was torture. I could smell it like some fucking dog, even small traces of it. Broke the fast by eating bloatmaxxing foods. I fucked up.

Because when you get lean and drop bodyfat you need to clean bulk after to build muscle.

Im still at the first step. Need to lean out then I’ll focus on building muscle.
