I was on No fap from the last 35 days and I didn't get any urges to ejaculate at all.I actually was not isolated this entire time but today after I got home, I saw nobody was at home so I decided to fap and it was 15 minutes ago btw.
I feel bad because I couldn't last long before coming.
I think I need to take dih health seriously and start exercising.
