It's gonna be a big improvement. Someone has posted an insane result but the guy used fillers.

what would you need brow bone for do you want to become an ogre or something?

chico has ideal brow bone and its pretty much average, what you want is enough fat in that area and low-set eyebrows

Forehead should be forward grown and brow ridge should be just visible from the side. You need forehead implants.

Alright, another question: Would orbital decompression help if the eyes are maybe not "deep set"?

ima be honest bro I have no idea how they look like right now so I cant tell, if your eyes are like actually bulging out then yes probably

NO.

Orbital decompression, unless you have Graves disease, will move your eyeball down, not back, because they will break the orbital floor and sides. Not the back of the socket.

The visual effect of deep-set eyes, when eyes are decompressed, happens because the eye bulb goes down, and the lower eyelid covers it more. Giving an impression of deeper set eyes.

Before Taban comes up, i have NO IDEA how his decompression makes the eyes deep set. I BET he is just FRAUDING. Additionally, his decompression results are ALWAYS accompanied by canthoplasties and lower eyelid grafts. So it is hard to say if it is the decompression effect, or just the lower eyelid masking bug eyes. The only way to see would be to see the face profile pics. But Taban wisely does NOT post those...

Im not advising for orbital decompression as getting diplopia will fuck up uour SMV HARD. But on the scientic studies they show an average of 4mm setback in the safest orbital decompressions up to 15mm on the unsafest

At that point it is not even SMV. It will fuck up one's LIFE.

15 mm? How the fuck is that even possible? They remove the socket and shove the eyeball into the brain? :feelsgiga:

The difference between "normal bug eyes" (not disease but just normal prominent eyes) and "deep set hunter eyes" is literally like 3-5 mm max.

Deep set eyes comes from good infras and supras. The concept here is having the eyes deep set into the orbitals not the skull.

yeah its crazy but those are the ultra-eye-popping-out-of-socket cases. I believe a normal person wont get that.

Still it would be a good hardmax if the surgery was feasible.

And it looks like its fuckin random. Even if the muscles dont get damaged it depends on either your eye muscles can adapt to the new eye position or you are fucked.

I would like a brow ridge implant but my brow ridge is already decent so not worth it
