Brow lift vs Upper Bleph

Hello, i have hooded eyes and a lot of sagging skin around my eyes. Im going to have upper bleph but some surgeons insist that i also need brow lift. However im not sure, as its an invasive procedure and low-set brows are said to be better for man. What do you think?

dont get brow lifts, ust fix them thangs, u got downturned smile so always slightly smile, u seem to have good frame so just put on muscle you will be model bruv

I was extremely heavy, about 320 pounds. Thats sagging skin. I will get to that after the bleph
