Hear me out

I used to constantly brush my teeth, and every morning I would wake up with morning breath that would genuinely make me want to rope, tasted like a biohazard

Flash forward a few months back I started becoming super depressed and lost the motivation to brush my teeth, I kinda just accepted by fate that my breath would be terrible and teeth would turn insta-yellow, but I'm pleasantly surprised

I have 0 morning breath when I wake up now, and my teeth are still white as ever (we'll see if that changes), but it seriously tastes like nothing, haven't brushed my teeth in probably 4-5 days now mind you

I also live with pretty straight edge people, if they dislike something they will say it to your face, you could be talking about the happiest moment of your life and they'll cut you off with "your breath smells like shit btw", so far they have said absolutely nothing and I know it's because there is nothing

I just eat healthy (occasional slop consumption) and yeah, there's nothing

Which now has me thinking, morning breath is DESIGNED to happen with your chemical filled "toothpaste" glop, how have I not realized this yet

It all makes sense, they engineer a product which disrupts your mouth microbiome and lowers your IQ via flouride, morning breath is a manufactured byproduct of brushing your teeth which prompts you to brush your teeth even more, causing more damage

This is exactly what they wanted

If you eat a good diet like primal this won’t be a issue

I'd only brush to get the shit off, but the whole brushing when you wake up and brushing before you sleep needs to die ASAP

i talked with a ortho about this you can not brush ur teeth if u have enough saliva in your mouth and if ur parents were good to you they could of put certain protective layers of ur teeth most kids have these so if you were to not brush ur teeth for like a month or two you would be fine i have this for example and i could js not brush my teeth but that would be disgusting and it would eat away at the layers after a while

Can confirm this works however it can also be horrible choice as one wrong slop meal can introduce nasty bacteria besides nicotine spreads it more so I can’t do this
