Last January my acne was so horrible it literally hurt to smile or even move my face. I would stay up until 5am because I didn't want to wake up in the morning with new pimples. At the same time I was losing CRAZY amount of hair every time I showered (probably from stress). I'd be too ashamed to even go outside. Never felt the same mentally after that
