The front did improve a lot but the new side like you say would make you think it would be even better.

If she closed the gap some between her eyebrows and made it smaller that would take away some of the dolphin appearance. I think having a decent size nasal bridge is attributing to that dolphin look also. I think fakeup can make that appear smaller.

The contours of the face may look like that, but the whole face is set back. Her head tilt seems fine meaning the chin should align with the brow. This would also mean the rest of the structures need to be advanced to preserve the same contours
