Hair system mogs hair transplant almost always. There's no hair to transplant, and if there was, you're just re-arranging decks on the titanic, making yourself more disgustingly bald in the back, with a strip of scared skin.

It won't make your hair thick unless it's a weird thick line in the front. Then you go bald behind that, and wind up looking worse than if you had just gotten a hair system.

Hair transplant is just moving hairs around. You don't get new hairs from it.

And you have scars on the back of your head from where they ripped it out. If your hair is diffuse thinning (common) it won't make you look better, if your hair is anything other than extremely dense but missing a little infront then it will make you look worse.

And even then you'll look worse in a couple years when you loose the hair behind the front line and have a weird strip of hair in the front where you're bald behind it.

Once you've hooked the girl you switch to shaving your head and wearing a hat, if she has a problem with it.

A hair transplant (If you're lucky enough to be a good candidate, no diffuse thinning) will look worse in a couple years than shaving your head because you'll be bald behind a strip of hair.
