No, it's not. There's a study that was conducted in China analysing the faces of men in high earning occupations. Their faces were 3D scanned and they were more attractive on average. Sub 8 men without family and connections from their formative social will have a significantly harder time to get into favourable positions compared to men who're good looking or well above average in facial attractiveness.
