Here's me. Clearly my clavicles are wide enough that it overcomes looking compressed and my shoulder insertion have more peak. This allows me to look wider and focus primarily on shoulders hypertrophy with out it looking retarded


Narrow Clavicials is brutal...... The only Blackpill I can get behind.
Yet working out can mask it as Sam has achieved but the benefits of wider bone to actual build behind are evident. Me and Sam are same height approximate same weight.

Not realistic. Maybe an inch could be added but the avg body builder has 18 inch to 19 frame with the rest being muscle. Most guys claiming to have anything higher before working out are larping. If I was to get clav widening id achieve 1.75 inches gain or so and be elite level. I'm happy with my width. 2xl large shirts for my pump cover makes me look like a roblox character
