I remember a while back going through basic training, and having to get in the shower on that first day. I always thought I had a small dick but also thought that since everyone thought they had a small dick mine was probably just average in reality. But as soon as all 40 of us dudes were stripped down naked and getting in the shower, reality decided to be a cruel bitch. Out of all 40 dudes, I had the smallest dick. I was literally horrified. Cursed by nature.

Yes, it was flaccid so some of us are growers and some are showers, but I was still around 2.5" max when flaccid, and some days it was especially tiny.

Dickpill is brutal man. I'm decent down (decent length but meh girth) there but it's not big and that's a turn off to a lot of women.
