Many people just ascribe muscle & bone to the concept of the sizepill.

Today, I'm gonna touch you all WHY THAT'S WRONG & HOW I GET MOGGED NONSTOP.

See, I'm about 5'11" and 206 lbs. right now. You think I'd sizemog any guy < 200, right?

WRONG. I get mogged easily by size even by guys 20-30 + lbs. lighter than me.

You're assuming it must ONLY be frame or insertions, right? ALSO WRONG.

It's a VOLUMETRIC issue, not just a bone, bone density or muscles/insertion issue.

If someone has more VOLUMETRIC SIZE they will appear bigger EVEN IF LESS DENSE.

So you may be VERY DENSE but LACK VOLUMETRIC MASS -- so you LOOK SMALLER.

Since higher VOLUMETRIC MASS aligns with high hypertonicity & hydrophilic cell bases...

This means PEOPLE WITH MORE WATER, HYPERTONICITY, OR HYDROPHILIC CELL STATE...

They HAVE MORE SIZE OR VOLUME AKA THEY ARE SIZEPILL MOGGERS. THEY'LL LOOK BIG...

EVEN IF THEY WEIGH LESS! I am 200 + lbs. yet you'd be surprised HOW SMALL I LOOK.

I don't look like I take up any space at all. Small midsection, no bulk/"fullness" to me...

Here's a shot of my arm for reference. See how small it looks vs. this other guy's?

If you have more WET VOLUMETRIC MASS YOU WILL APPEAR TO TAKE UP MORE SPACE...

YOU WILL LOOK BIGGER EVEN IF YOU HAVE LESS TOTAL WEIGHT -- THAT IS ALL TO IT.

THIS IS ALL THERE IS THAT EXPLAINS IT. More VOLUMETRIC MASS/SIZEPILL = HYPERTONICITY.

HYDROPHILIC CELLS. Your cells are loaded more with water/have more water VOLUME...

OR MORE WATER CELLS AND/OR VOLUME IN TOTAL, WHEREAS PEOPLE WHO LOOK SMALL...

Their bodies may in fact be very densely/neatly "packed in" ... But they have LESS WATER.

THEIR BODIES LOOK SMALLER EVEN AT HIGHER TOTAL WEIGHTS DUE TO LESS WATER WEIGHT.

They might have denser/heavier organs, head/brain, skin, but less WET/VOLUMETRIC MASS.

WATER TAKES UP MORE SPACE EASILY IN EXCESS WITHOUT NEEDING MUCH MORE WEIGHT.

ESPECIALLY IN THE CONFINES OF THE CELLULAR PHYSIOLOGY AND BIOENERGETICS OF HUMES.

I look "small" because I have LESS EXTRACELLLAR FLUID. YOU LOOK SMALL BECAUSE OF VOLUME.

It's NOT muh thick bones. It's not muh insertions -- IT'S SIMPLY DOWN TO FUCKING WATER MOSTLY. More extracellular fluid/hypertonicity/hydrophilic cell physiology = MORE SIZE.

BONES ARE MADE OF FUCKING WATER & AIR, SO MORE WATER = BIGGER BONES. DUH.

MUSCLES ARE ALSO MADE OF WATER, BUT FAT ALSO HAS SPECIFIC PROPERTIES.

THE CELLS AND THEIR SPACES, PROPERTIES, ENERGY LEVELS, FLUIDS, BULK MASS.

IT'S FUCKING WATER. FOURTH PHASE WATER. EXTRACELLULAR HYPERTONICITY!

WE ARE CRYSTALS IN ENERGY VIBRATIONAL STATES, BOUND BY WATER & ELECTRICS!

THIS GUY IS 5'10" AND 230 + LBS. YET HE LOOKS PRETTY SMALL FOR THAT SIZE:

MEANWHILE THIS GUY IS ABOUT 180 -- 50 LBS. SMALLER -- YET LOOKS THE SAME:

THIS IS WHY YOU CAN BE 30 + LBS. HEAVIER THAN ANOTHER DUDE BUT HE LOOKS BIGGER THAN YOU IRL. YOU CAN BE MUCH HEAVIER YET LOOK MUCH SMALLER!

THE SIZEPILL IS THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES ME THINK OF FUCKING GOING MAD.

I dropped 7-10 pounds a day in practices for years from my sweat and saw the differences before and after regularly. So I’m qualified to answer this.

Your not going to look that much smaller 20 pounds of water less just more defined.

visually you will not lose that much size at all.

I dropped 7-10 pounds a day in practices for years from my sweat and saw the differences before and after regularly. So I’m qualified to answer this.
reminds me of how I'd come to practice 5 over after not eating for 2 days and look like I barely even lifted by the time I made weight, my arms would be noticeably smaller

Tbh I was heavyweight I wasn’t a fat one either I competed at 240 6’6 so I have way more muscle mass than the 154-174 pounders

So I didn’t notice much size difference in clothes probably the lower weights who had to starve to their weight classes got drastically smaller.

Yea the most noticeable ones to me would be the jacked guys in the middle weights (150-175) but everybody would get their full look back after the meets
