i think that eppley could help you with this. you could either try botox (don't go to eppley only for this) or surgically removing the temporal muscle (usually arround 0.5 to 1cm thickness per side) plus get up to half a cm per side if you allow him to shave a bit of your skull (very usefull for peoples with flat head syndrome. 1 cm only is day and night difference on some peoples.
