My circadian rhytm was rekt long time ago. When i barely fall asleep in normal time even when extremely tired i can only sleep for 5-6 hours then i will either stay awake for 24-30 hours or fall asleep in few hours again and sleep for 7 to 10 hours. Generally i always feel tired in 6am and then i wake up in 4am precisely. Two days ago i went to sleep in 2am and woke up in 3pm.i have the night shift and my circadian rhythms have been destroyed
