Fuck I can’t believe I deluded myself even recently into thinking that the people I was around during high school were my actual friends.

I was legit the runt if my group, the one who would get the most shit, for basically no reason. I played it off as “it’s just guy banter hehe”.

But looking back my high school “friends” did shit like sent personal chats to my crushs, make memes about me and post it online, all while under the “it’s just a joke bro!” Facade.

Fuck I almost wish I was a 4/10 nt guy because high school basically fucked me up socially.

I know exactly what you’re talking about, and while I wasn’t the lowest peg I experienced it at times. I often roasted tf out of people but sometimes got it back, luckily I wasn’t the bully victim in my friendship group lol.

It’s literal gaslighting, and I would often see other people literally getting bullied and the oppressors would play it off as “it’s just a joke bro, don’t get so mad”

basically if you find yourself getting roasted more than most other people in the group, they see you as lower status and/or lowest smv

it’s probably actually one of the main reasons why i am such a misanthrope now, you see the dark side of people when you’re young and vulnerable, as i grew stronger mentally and ascended somewhat through puberty, people treated me better. It’s actually very sad how fake people are, but that’s why the only way you can be happy is to shit on these fake cunts when you’re a little older and wiser. Good luck
