carbs are much more than just work out fuel that you should time before your workout they are essential for androgen production and growth you should have them all the time especially when you wake up and before going to bed

skim milk is legit better than raw milk you can drink liters of it get so much calcium and other essential minerals like magnesium while these carnivores only have a couple of glasses of it because fullfat milk is too calorically dense so they end up eating a high protein high fat lowcarb diet and aren't mineralized enough so they look like this

If I could redo puberty I would try to get atleast 600g of carbs a day
