This guy looks terrible (mostly bc nose) but just look at how much his voice halos him, he just has a very calming aura. A good voice can save you to some extent, halos everything you say and make you sound smarter. He's ugly but the dude seems so charismatic.

The trick is to not sound monotone. Move the tone up and down like NT people. Even if you are autistic you can (kind of) fraud NT that way if you stay still and maintain eye contact/act natural
