I believe his surgeon had actually moved his jaw forward 1cm. But he was so subhuman, that more drastic measures are required. This guy needed a movement four-fold greater and probably a bimax.

If you're getting surgery to ascend, go big or go home. Be drastic or remain a spastic.

9mm seems semi accurate actually. You can see they've done something to the chin/jaw clearly.

But he is giga recessed. He needs a major movement from a surgeon famous on here. Something no normal surgeon would do.
