Far too many issues for me to be able to write. I might say lltn - mltn. I'm unsure because I don't see faces at this level very often. As for ascending, you could get to lmtn, maybe? Get a better frame and lengthen/darken brows and lashes. Maybe try to slim your nose and chew gum? Maybe marpe. Man, just focus on your career, girls will come after. Black pill will not help you. Coping is law in these cases.

I only recently made an account, but I have been on org for many years now. I wasn't trying to insult you either, I'm usually generous with my ratings. This is just a low tier face, I'm being serious take my advice. Black pill, for you, will be hell, and seriously hurt your mental health. Just focus on studies and getting a good career, it's not cope, it will help you. Work on social skills and one day, you might meet someone.
