I always been into looksmaxxing subconsciously and have been a lurker for some time now I found out about mewing back in 2019 now I’m seriously starting my shit, been doing an aggressive cut for the past week, I’ve been maintaining 12-13% body fat all year now. but I always wanted to get in the low digits, I started abusing boiled potato’s and just drinking coffee and 0 diet soda which is a fucking amazing hack, POTATOES ARE SO GOOD my face has leaned down since then but still not enough I’ll easily get to 7% in soon time tbh, I’m barely eating any calories cause how filling this shit is , I’m on isotretinoin/skin maxxing also hopped on finasteride I’ve had it for months now but never used it cause my ego was telling me I should wait to see at what age I start losing hair which is retarded but I hopped on cause of the skin benefits of reducing dht mostly , my goal since always was to get 7% body fat which would then reveal my true bones cause I do have high cheekbones and shit. still trying to grow my eyebrows and eyelashes and get em darker. also I got mt2 for some tanning which ultimately helps with my phenotype and planning to get ghk-cu for ultimate skin health, all in all I I got everything layed out so far but always open to tips
