you have a very large forehead and unfortunately you cant alter your ipd with or without surgery. try some hairstyles that go over your forehead. you are structurally recessed. start researching fillers/surgery.

you have a very big forehead and unfortunately no, you cant fix your ipd, even through hardmaxxing. try out some hairstyles that go over your forehead. you have good skin but structurally you have a lot of flaws. i dont like to hate on anyone but if i were you id start researching fillers/surgery. you have recessed zygomatics, recessed browridge, and narrow mandibles.

Even in the two other photo it doesn’t look narrow or recessed
you are recessed, i promise. my best advice to you is hit the gym (you are super skinny dude fix your physique you won't regret it) and get a haircut. i don't know how old you are but if you are above the age of 16, which i'm assuming you are, you should just live with it. it's not like you're hideous or anything.
 
when i was younger i was very sleep deprived though and nutrient deprived so i look younger than my peers. I’m also tryna grow taller because I am 180 cm at 17 although my uncle is 205 cm. I do sprint a lot and I wanna know how do I igf-1 signal and or hgh signal or which ever is best after exercise and how long after? Also I was very stressed and depressed at the time so high cortisol which effects HGH as well. I know I’m underweight and need to eat especially in order to grow but like when I have to eat I just get distracted so easily and end up eating nothing at all unless I’m actually eating with people

as for dieting id honestly tell chatgpt your situation (height, weight, target weight, age, ect*) and have it plan out meals for you daily.
