Theoretically If you manage to give yourself bruxism trough stress this can lead up to growth on your facial bones

The body produces extra bone to support the teeth and jaw when there's too much stress on them.
- Bone remodeling
Bruxism can cause bone tissue to remodel, which can be seen as changes in volume or density.
This would obviously fuck up your teeth and give you constant headaches, but you could wear a mouth guard while you sleep to minimize the damage. This could be a nice hardmax if you are broke
