Theoretically If you manage to give yourself bruxism trough stress this can lead up to growth on your facial bones

  • Bony growths
The body produces extra bone to support the teeth and jaw when there's too much stress on them.

  • Bone remodeling
Bruxism can cause bone tissue to remodel, which can be seen as changes in volume or density.

This would obviously fuck up your teeth and give you constant headaches, but you could wear a mouth guard while you sleep to minimize the damage. This could be a nice hardmax if you are broke :Comfy:

Pair this with testosterone and HGH to maximize the gains:Comfy:

thought it only affects the masseters

Constant pressure to the bone would make both your jaw and zygos to grow, your body literally grows bone to compensate the pressure from your masseters.

Just look up bruxism patients, most of them have big cheekbones and jaws after treating their bruxism.

How are you going to infect your self with bruxism

acth and glucocorticoids cause closure of the growth plates so dont try if theyre still ofpen

It’s not an infection, having bruxism means your jaw muscles are perma contracted due to stress:Comfy:

I grind my teeth and all I got was short molars and a deep bite and SFS.

Why would bruxism cause recession? Can you elaborate?
Because youre pressuring your molars together, the molars primarily contract the masseter muscles which if done excessively causes stronger masseter muscles (jawline) but this in turn pulls the face back because the point the stress is induced at is very far back

I find the fact that I have to explain this mindblowing because it's common sense!
